About Me
I’m Jennifer Hoskins, a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people uncover the root causes of illness and achieve lasting wellness. My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2001, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018. Over the years, I’ve cared for patients in primary care, urgent care, and women’s health. These experiences have shaped my belief that true healing goes beyond managing symptoms—it requires caring for the whole person. My Christian faith is at the heart of both my life and my practice. I believe we are each created with purpose, and that healing involves nurturing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each individual.. This deeply rooted faith guides the way I care for patients, bringing hope, compassion, and a perspective that recognizes health as a blessing to be cherished.Today, I integrate these values into my functional medicine practice, where I partner with patients to create personalized, evidence-based care plans. My mission is to empower individuals to not only restore balance in their health but also to thrive and live abundantly at every stage of life.
