About Me

Functional Medicine | Thyroid Optimization | Stress Physiology | Hormonal Transitions | Burnout Recovery

If you’ve been told your labs are normal while you feel anything but — you’re in the right place.

Stefanie Glenn is a doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified nurse practitioner and Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with nearly 30 years of clinical experience spanning bedside nursing, hospital medicine, disaster response, public health, and functional medicine. She is the founder of Wellness Continuum, a telemedicine functional medicine practice built for dismissed, depleted adults who are done being told to just manage their stress.
Her work is rooted in one core belief: your body isn’t broken. It’s overloaded.

Stefanie specializes in the intersection of stress physiology, thyroid optimization, hormonal transitions, and burnout…the trifecta that quietly dismantles quality of life while conventional medicine shrugs and hands you a referral. She works with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, men experiencing andropause and chronic stress, and anyone whose symptoms don’t fit neatly into a lab range but are very, very real.

Her approach connects your physiology with your story. Labs matter, but so does the fact you can’t remember where you parked your car, you haven’t slept well in two years, and you’re running on caffeine and sheer stubbornness.

As a thyroid cancer survivor herself, Stefanie knows firsthand what it means to be on the patient side of “your numbers look fine.” That experience didn’t just shape her empathy — it redirected her entire career toward the kind of care she wished had existed.
What you won’t find here: fear-based messaging, 30-day protocols, or wellness theater. What you will find: straight answers, translated physiology, and a clinician who treats you like a partner — not a problem to manage.
Clinical Focus Areas:
