I am an Integrative Medicine physician and the Founder of My Native Doctor®, a practice rooted in whole-person, patient-centered care. My work focuses on helping individuals and families feel heard, understood, and supported through a more thoughtful and personalized approach to health.

At My Native Doctor®, we combine evidence-based integrative, complementary, and conventional medicine to address the full picture of well-being: mind, body, lifestyle, and environment. Our goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help people move toward healing, resilience, and a better quality of life.

We provide in person and telemedicine care, personalized wellness guidance, and trusted clinical case reviews for those seeking clarity, a broader perspective, and a more holistic path forward. We are especially passionate about creating care experiences that are compassionate, accessible, and deeply aligned with each patient’s unique story and goals.

While my background as a double board-certified physician in Pediatrics and Neonatology continues to inform my clinical depth, precision, and commitment to excellence, my work today is centered on my specialized training in integrative medicine and the future of whole-person healing.

I cannot overstate how amazing this physician practice is!! Dr. Noredia is just a perfect balance of empathy, intuition, and scientific rigor. She is a patient advocate, earnest about her patients’ wellbeings, and openminded. She meets people where they are and focuses on healing. She is very easily communicates with her patients and colleagues in a way that they can feel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Go if you want to feel healing rather than focus on just dis-ease!
