I was able to get in for an acute appointment just two days after scheduling online! The process to schedule couldn’t have been easier or more straight forward. Dr. Diane was thorough and really took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. As someone who doesn’t like going to the doctors, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I will certainly be making her my PCP!

Great experience and care for my first appointment. Actually cared to take the time to listen and discuss my past and current issues then by end of the appointment already had 3 scheduled appointments to address each individual issue and medications were sent in and ready to pick up with in the hour. Hard to find a doctor these days that is actually interested in getting your health up to par rather than when and how you'll be paying your next bill. Dr Hoover also will do her best to accommodate appointments based on your work schedule, she stayed later for me to be able to finish my work day and arrive after. In the 1 hour involvement at this appointment she had BY FAR surpassed what my previous PCP did in 4 years 7 months. Very highly recommended

For insurance reasons, I had to leave my long time PCP. Doc was able to get me in as a new patient immediately. Her hours are accommodating for all walks of life. She is very knowledgeable, kind thorough and efficient. Communication is easy and prompt. Doc is also up to date on studies and information in the ever changing medical world. I couldn’t be more pleased with Diane. We’re lucky to have an independent practitioner with her knowledge and experience in our little area. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been on the hunt looking for a new PCP for a while now but kinda gave up as nobody really caught my eye. I read a review of Diane on ClearfieldLive & knew I had to book an appointment to get established with her & boy was I right! She’s very personable, easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable right off the bat & provided a possible solution to a problem I’ve had for years that no one else cared to dig into deeper! She made me feel so welcomed and heard as a patient who’s had medical issues for literal years that have been over looked again and again. She made the experience personal and fun & I was beyond pleased with everything when I left her office! I feel much better going to a small independent practice versus a big company. I’m so glad that we finally have that right here in Clearfield. Not to mention her office building is beautiful! If you’re looking for a new PCP, look no further my friends!
