About Me
Kelly Wilson, BSRT, FDN-P, FMACPFunctional Health Practitioner & Gut Health Specialist for Midlife WomenHelping driven midlife women overcome bloating, fatigue, and brain fog so they can feel like themselves again, clear, energized, and confident.Kelly Wilson is a Functional Medicine Academy Coach Practitioner, Board-Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Registered Respiratory Therapist with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She began her clinical career in 1999, dedicating herself to helping people breathe, heal, and regain quality of life through compassionate, science-based care. But her most defining education came from her own health journey. After developing severe fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, unexplained weight changes, and eventually being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and type 2 diabetes, Kelly found herself in the same position as the women she now supports: told that “everything looks normal,” given surface-level answers, and left to figure out the rest on her own.Instead of accepting that as her story, she changed the ending.Kelly returned to school, immersed herself in functional health training, and rebuilt her own body, energy, and clarity from the inside out. Today, she helps midlife women do the same, without guessing, without extremes, and without feeling like they’re fighting alone. She specializes in working with high-achieving midlife women who are exhausted from trying to “push through,” despite feeling:• Bloated or inflamed after meals• Drained no matter how much they sleep• Mentally foggy or “not as sharp as I used to be”• Stuck with stubborn midsection weight• Overwhelmed by mixed advice and quick-fix programs• Dismissed or told “you’re fine” when they clearly aren’tKelly’s approach combines functional lab data, gut-hormone-stress balance, metabolic foundations, nervous system awareness, and real-world habit support, specifically designed for busy, capable women who seek answers and a plan that respects both physiology and lifestyle. Her philosophy is simple and lived:You don't fix midlife symptoms by pushing harder; you heal by understanding your body, supporting your systems, and rebuilding from the inside out.Today, Kelly lives in Colorado and continues her mission to help women reclaim energy, clarity, and confidence in this season of life, because midlife isn’t the beginning of the end. For women who choose to take ownership of their health, it’s the beginning of their strongest chapter yet.
