About Me

Dr. Sarah Young is a neurointegrative clinician and founder of NeuroSynergy Integrative Health, specializing in complex, often invisible health challenges such as brain injury, nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, inflammation, and trauma-related conditions.

With a background in speech-language pathology, integrative medicine, and neuroscience, her work bridges functional medicine with a nervous system–first approach to healing. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, she helps clients understand how their brain, body, and physiology are interconnected — and why symptoms often persist despite doing “all the right things.”

Dr. Sarah combines clinical science with holistic, root-cause care, integrating functional medicine principles, neuroplasticity, somatic regulation, and mind-body practices. Her approach is especially supportive for individuals who feel overwhelmed, sensitive, or dismissed by traditional models of care.

Her philosophy is simple: the body is not broken — it is communicating. When the nervous system feels safe and supported, clarity, energy, and healing can begin to return.

Through personalized, step-by-step guidance, she helps clients move from confusion and frustration to a clear, sustainable path forward.
