About Me
I work with children who have long-term, complex needs—such as Cerebral Palsy, children on the Autism Spectrum, and those navigating significant medical challenges that impact multiple body systems. Many of the families I support have been in therapy for years. Their child is working hard, they are doing everything they’ve been told—and yet progress is slow, inconsistent, or has plateaued. Others are managing complex medical care (such as oxygen support or organ-related conditions), where new issues continue to arise despite ongoing treatment. This is often not due to a lack of effort—but a lack of connection between systems. The body doesn’t function in parts. Movement, muscle function, behavior, and regulation are influenced by factors such as nutrition, gut health, sleep quality, inflammation, and the cumulative effects of long-term medical interventions. When these areas are overlooked, children can remain stuck in cycles of maintenance or require increasing levels of support over time.My work focuses on identifying and addressing those gaps.Using a research-informed and integrative framework, I take a comprehensive look at your child’s full picture—medical history, current therapies, daily routines, and underlying contributors that may be limiting progress. From there, I help families develop a clear, practical plan. Together, we identify what to focus on first and how to support the body more effectively—while working alongside existing medical care, not against it.When appropriate and local to me, I incorporate supportive wellness technologies such as red light therapy and sound-based therapies to help support cellular function, regulation, and recovery. This is not about adding more. It’s about focusing on what actually matters—so your child has a better opportunity to build strength, improve function, and move forward with greater resilience.
