I truly appreciate Diane Hoover as my provider. Besides her cheery personality, she always listen to my concerns and works hard to find answers to said concerns & always takes the time needed with me at each visit. So glad she chose Clearfield to have her office, I've been wanting a provider like her for some time!

I moved to the area in October. I am so glad that I found Patient Center Care and Diane. Her facility is lovely and Diane is extremely knowledgeable. She is also very friendly and easy to talk with. Excellent care from an excellent professional! Thank you, Diane!

I was able to get in for an acute appointment just two days after scheduling online! The process to schedule couldn’t have been easier or more straight forward. Dr. Diane was thorough and really took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. As someone who doesn’t like going to the doctors, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I will certainly be making her my PCP!

Great experience and care for my first appointment. Actually cared to take the time to listen and discuss my past and current issues then by end of the appointment already had 3 scheduled appointments to address each individual issue and medications were sent in and ready to pick up with in the hour. Hard to find a doctor these days that is actually interested in getting your health up to par rather than when and how you'll be paying your next bill. Dr Hoover also will do her best to accommodate appointments based on your work schedule, she stayed later for me to be able to finish my work day and arrive after. In the 1 hour involvement at this appointment she had BY FAR surpassed what my previous PCP did in 4 years 7 months. Very highly recommended
