At Renew Holistic Wellness, we believe symptoms are messages—not the problem itself. Our mission is to identify and address the root causes of illness so you can experience lasting health, not just temporary symptom relief. We combine the principles of functional medicine, traditional naturopathy, clinical nutrition, and holistic wellness to help you understand why your body isn't functioning the way it should.

Every person is unique, which means every healing journey should be too. We take the time to listen to your story, understand your health history, review previous laboratory findings, and, when appropriate, utilize advanced functional testing to uncover the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms. We evaluate how your body's systems work together—including gut health, thyroid function, hormones, immune health, metabolism, detoxification pathways, inflammation, nutrient status, and lifestyle factors.

Our practice frequently helps individuals struggling with digestive disorders, IBS, bloating, food sensitivities, thyroid disorders, Hashimoto's disease, hormone imbalance, adrenal dysfunction, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, weight loss resistance, metabolic dysfunction, mold illness, environmental toxin exposure, chronic viral burdens such as Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), Candida overgrowth, and other complex chronic health concerns. We also work with clients who have been told their lab work is "normal" but continue to feel exhausted, inflamed, or unwell.

We believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when obstacles are removed and the proper support is provided. Instead of masking symptoms, we develop personalized wellness plans designed to restore balance and optimize function. Recommendations may include nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle changes, stress management, detoxification support, digestive restoration, immune support, and other evidence-informed natural therapies tailored specifically to your needs.

Kelly is such an amazing person! In our very first meeting, I felt so at ease like I had known her forever. She is so patient and beyond determined to figure out the root cause of your symptoms. Kelly is amazing ! A natural born healer. My health wasn’t great over the years. But over the last year . I began being very lethargic and lost around 30 lbs . It was difficult to excerise and be active. I was then placed on medications Due to weakness and infections. Over the years I have visited several integrative and holistic doctors within the area that refused to treat me after my first consult. I was told I was too complicated. Kelly wasn’t afraid. She provided balance within my body . I am now more active then I once was . I am very fortunate to have found Kelly. Life has gotten easier 😎🥳.

Went and did a colonic today 3/22/26 and when I say Jen was absolutely amazing that’s exactly what she was. Now I’ve had a colonic done before but not at Renew but I absolutely will not have it at any other place going forward. THANK YOU JEN for a relaxing experience I’ll see you again at my next session.

I’ve been seeing Kelly K. for a colonic for years. Truly, it has saved my gallbladder. I suffered from severe constipation and burning pain where my esophagus meets my stomach. I tried everything from acupuncture to essential oils to meditation and diet modifications. They all worked for a bit but never for any duration. Bottom line I have a sluggish gallbladder. Regular colonics keep me “going” :-) Beyond the modality, Kelly is kind, compassionate and always provides the highest level of professionalism. I’m forever grateful for her.

If you are searching for a Reiki practitioner or teacher I highly recommend you consider Kelly at Renew. She has a wealth of knowledge to share, and does so in a way that is both comprehensive and approachable. On top of enjoying her as an educator, her Wellness Center is the sort of atmosphere you just want to spend time in. I look forward to returning.
