About Me

I discovered my calling in functional medicine through my own quest for answers. Despite doing all the "right" things—eating well, exercising, and following conventional health advice—I found myself struggling with persistent fatigue, brain fog, and a general sense of not feeling like myself. Like many of my patients today, I knew something wasn't right, but couldn't pinpoint the root cause.

This personal health journey, combined with navigating my daughter's challenges with PANS, anxiety, and eczema, transformed both my understanding of health and my approach to medicine. Watching my daughter's journey and finding solutions beyond traditional treatments opened my eyes to the powerful intersection of conventional and functional medicine.

As a certified functional medicine provider and chiropractor, I now specialize in helping women who find themselves where I once was—doing everything "right" but still not feeling their best. My practice focuses on women's health, hormone optimization, and supporting children through complex health challenges.
