After years of dealing with chronic migraines, fatigue, and other symptoms that traditional medicine couldn’t fully address, she discovered the transformative potential of functional medicine. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Master of Science degree in Community Health Nurse Practitioner from Binghamton University, Dr. Adenike is not just a highly trained healthcare provider but also a passionate advocate for holistic healing.Her 15 years of experience in healthcare span various settings, but it was her personal health challenges that ignited her commitment to functional medicine. Conventional treatments left her feeling unheard and frustrated, often compounding her difficulties. Through functional medicine, she found the root causes of her ailments, leading to a profound sense of relief and empowerment. Now, as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Board-Certified Family NP, NYS Licensed Community Health NP, Board-Certified Heart Failure Nurse, Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist, and Board-Certified Transformative Nurse Coach, she is dedicated to bringing that same sense of clarity and healing to her patients.Dr. Adenike is trained through The School of Applied Functional Medicine, The Institute of Functional Medicine and certified through The Functional Medicine Academy, equipping her to offer a high-quality, patient-centered approach that goes beyond just treating symptoms.
