About Me
Sachi Del Marmol, MSN, FNP, is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine, thyroid health, and metabolic restoration for women in their 30s and 40s who feel drained, foggy, and “off” no matter how hard they try.She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University and her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating summa cum laude, from Clayton State University in Georgia. She holds certifications through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the School of Applied Functional Medicine.Sachi’s passion for helping women reclaim their energy and balance began with her own health journey. Despite living what most would consider a healthy lifestyle, she developed an autoimmune condition that left her exhausted and discouraged. When conventional medicine could not provide lasting solutions, she turned to functional medicine, and through uncovering root causes and restoring balance, she transformed her own health. Now she helps other women do the same. Sachi specializes in addressing chronic fatigue, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic issues such as inflammation, weight resistance, and PCOS. She guides her patients with a personalized, whole-body approach that reconnects energy, mood, and metabolism, helping women feel vibrant and in control again. She also incorporates bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and peptide therapy to support cellular repair, hormonal balance, and sustainable energy. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Sachi worked as a certified personal trainer and cycling instructor, giving her a unique understanding of how movement, mindset, and metabolism work together.Outside of her practice, Sachi enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time in nature with her husband and two children. Her mission is simple: to help women finally feel like themselves again—energized, confident, and fully alive.
